Feel Better- 5 Tips To Deal With Social Phobia




Social Phobia is the fear of being judged by others and being embarrassed by their actions , 


but also feelings of shame and rejection.



People who have social phobia are very normal people and intellegent they want to make 


friends and enjoy their company, but they have to pass this challenge .


The best thing to do if you want to treat social phobia is :



# 1 Exercise:


Not in the physical level but do exercises to learn how to turn any situation into positive.



# 2 Relax:


This is not really a great thing : D; laugh on it, breathe and relax before you take the first 

step in any type of communication or a situation that you think wrong.



# 3 Scripture :


One of the best ways to let go of the bad emotions such as shame, vengeance ... and thus , is 


to write when you feel depressed, whenever you feel you can not take it anymore, write it all 


down and you will see that you'll feel better.



# 4 It was yesterday:


I want to share with you these words:


- Yesterday is the past, he had no control over me. -


Exactly this way, today in the present does not just stay there thinking about the mistakes 


you made before.




5 # face your fears:

If you are afraid of people, it is a challenge that you must pass.

try to make a group of family members (called that you want to overcome your social 

phobia), as every Friday you go somewhere together
